The Canal Street Historic District will be the setting for Christmas in July from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, July 7, in the NSB Waterfront LOOP. Santa Claus will sport his summer vacation wear as he and his elf greet visitors in Christmas Park. The celebration also will include an ice cream social, holiday music, a holiday-themed bed race, a scavenger hunt, photo op in the park, and more. The event will be held in conjunction with the district's monthly Art Stroll and Gallery Walk.
