Located Close to the Beach and nearby Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach, and St. Augustine
Our three vacation rental homes are all three-bedroom, two bath private one-story homes just two minutes to the best beach in Florida, New Smyrna Beach! Our houses are all located on Hope Avenue, walking distance to Flagler Ave and close to many great restaurants, shopping, art galleries, parks, fishing, and golfing.
It's a great home base for an Orlando visit. You can go to the amusement parks during the day and come back to New Smyrna Beach to relax at the beach. Our central location makes getting around a no-hassle experience. Cape Canaveral is less than an hour away, Daytona Beach and the Speedway are just twenty minutes up the road, and a visit to St. Augustine and its great little shops is an hour's drive north. Come "Catch the Charm" of this quaint little seaside town!
Two of our vacation rentals in New Smyrna Beach are next door to each other, and the third house is just across the street, making it an ideal location for a large family gathering when more than one house is required. Ask about our discounts for multi-house rentals.
Furnishings The Sand Dollar, Lighthouse and Manatee are totally furnished, beautifully decorated, immaculately maintained and well equipped for the best beach vacation ever! You can pack light-we supply everything you need except your bathing suit and toothbrush! Everything from linens, towels and all you could want for the beach-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and cooler. All you have to do is relax in our little piece of paradise.
The living room is bright and spacious with plenty of seating, television and dvd player, and ceiling fans.
The eat-in kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender (have to have a blender for all those tropical drinks), toaster and all the pots and pans and dishes you could possibly need. That is, if you feel the need to cook-with all the great restaurants in New Smyrna Beach, the kitchen usually is the least-used room in the house.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, television and dvd, clock radio, and very comfortable bed. The master bath has a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, ceiling fan, television and vcr, and clock radio.
The third bedroom has a bunk with a double on the bottom and twin on the top, large closet, ceiling fan, television and vcr, and clock radio.
The guest bath for the second and third bedrooms has a tub/shower combination.
All the New Smyrna vacation rental houses are air conditioned, have free high-speed wireless internet access, a two-car garage, full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, fully-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, and gas grill. There's also either a sofa-sleeper or Aerobeds for those extra guests! We have porta-cribs and high chairs for the little ones too.
