A 2 BR/2.5 bath Beachside Condo with a balcony and patio. There are bicycles availabe for your enjoyment as well as a DVD, VCR, 2 TVs, gas grill. All within a short walk to the beach. (1 month minimum)

Beachside House
A 3 BR/1 Bath Beachside House just 1 block to the beach and 2 blocks to historic Flagler Avenue. Enjoy our large lawn and outdoor shower.

Stewart Cottage
809 Carole Avenue, New Smyrna Beach
A 2 BR/1 Bath Cottage 1/2 block from the beach and tennis courts. Walk to Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants. Pets under 20 lbs ok with non-refundable $60 pet deposit. No exotic pets, please.
Late summer / Fall special: $525 per week or $1,250 per month
Winter 2007: $1,650 per month

Each property is no smoking. 12.5% tax.
1 week minimum.
