Rental information: Payment is due in full upon arrival by check or cash only, NO credit cards.
In addition to the rent there is a $25 administrative fee, 12.5% taxes (6.5% sales tax, 6% resort tax), and a one time cleaning fee ranging from $85 to $100 depending on the size of the unit. Rentors are allowed to leave one bag of laundry per each bedroom in the unit. Excessive laundry will be charged a $5 cleaning fee.
A $500 security deposit is due with the signing of the contract. This will be refunded to you if there are no damages or phone charges.
Parking is limited and open spaces are first come, first serve. No boats or trailers allowed.
