Yes, despite being a popular tourist attraction, the lighthouse still works today. It was previously discontinued back in 1970 but brought back to life in 1982. Today, the Ponce de Leon lighthouse is used as a private aid to navigation.

General admissions to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse cost $6.95 for adults and $1.95 for children aged between 3 and 11.
